Transportation is horrible. The people working there are horrible . They lie about the bus drivers whereabouts and arrival times. My daughter and I were at the bus stop today , before the scheduled pick up time and the driver did not show up , there was also 3 other kids that had to walk back to their homes in the dark . This has been an ongoing issue since I moved here 1 year ago . I dont know what to do . I dont drive and UBER gets expensive. Its just crazy .

Bus 1983. 3/8 around 6:30pm was tail gating a van on harris teeter church road for a few miles. Van was going the speed limit and was in the right lane. The bus was no more than 4 - 5 feet behind this van the entire time. The bus turn on John Kurk Dr behind me, and then tail gated me and I was going 5 - 10 miles over the speed limit. They were so close to my bumber I could barley see the buss's head lights and I drive a sudan. I felt so incredibly unsafe and it's a one lane road so I could not escape. Yalls call center is a mess so I'm writing this hoping you get that driver some better instruction, basic road knowledge, or a new job. He is putting others lives at risk, and possibly even children's lives.

I called about a driver who let elementary students out at an unprotected location. This is a 4-way intersection . The stop signs are only on Running Deer. At the corner of Crossridge and Running Deer in the Pawtuckett Community. She stopped at the stop sign on Running Deer with her stop sign and cross arm out. The kids (about half of a bus load) departed the bus on Running Deer and started running across CrossRidge. There was absolutely no protection on Crossridge for the children to cross the street. To top that off, she allowed a student around 8 or 10 years old to stand in the intersection and dance with no protection. My concern is that I called and requested that they change the bus stop so all the children would be protected, as well as a follow-up email. I haven't heard a word. PROTECT OUR CHILDREN ... CHANGE THIS BUS STOP!!

This was my childs first year of school she has been so excited to ride the bus only to have nothing but problems. First two older boys were messing with her, then the bus driver dropped the kids off at the wrong stop over half a mile away and told them to stick together when my child blatantly told her she didnt know where she was, and then this morning closed the door in my childs face as she standing at the bus stop. Respectfully yall do not care about our kids. Yall let them off wherever create so much emotional damage. Why would you shut the door in her face. Thennnn blamed my child for being picked on because she didnt know that she was supposed to be at the front. She didnt ride the bus for the first few weeks why because yall are unorganized. So why should a child be bullied and blamed because the adults couldnt control the situation. The absolute worst school transport ever. Yall really need to do much better behind peoples kids. Then lets not get on the fact that a bus driver dropped a whole stop of kids over a mile away told them to stick together and no one ever corrected her. She shouldve been fired. Transportation couldnt even follow up about the situation and never has.
