I have had a unit with them since December 2019 and a short time before that and the Manager is wonderful and showed me grace during the pandemic as I was going through an extra rough time but GOD is good and I highly recommend this place and the monthly fees are a true bargain

Facility is old, inadequately maintained, & has not been upgraded. Unit was dirty, rear wall was always damp - and wet when it rained. Cobwebs & insects were common. Leaves & dirt blow under the door. The divider between my unit and the next was plywood that doesn't extend to the roof. Administration is not customer-friendly. Often no one is there - so when there is an erroneous overlock, you just have to keep returning until you find someone in the office. There is no electronic communication & no after-hours phone communication. When I rented a unit, they were careful to prorate the remaing days in the month & charge me for them. When I left mid-month, after giving 30 days notice as instructed, they didn't bother refunding the prepaid rent for the unused portion of the month. That one thing tells you what you need to know about this place. Unit was 20% cheaper than a nice place, but then they raised it 3 times while I was there.
