I called and spoke with Ray at W. WT Harris, and it was great! He is very personable and heard my concerns. He noted our storage needs, both present and near future, and worked to find a unit in a great location. I am excited to move in and suspect Evolutionary Aquatics will be a longtime customer and partner with Morningstar Storage.

I visited the W. T. Harris location and had the pleasure of being assisted by Micheal. He was professional, prompt, pleasant, thorough and helpful during my first storage unit rental. Even when I opted to shop their competitors and then make a decision, he was still professional and provided helpful information. I rented with this location and Michael was a determining factor along with the experiences my friend/family experienced over the years. Lastly, he took good care of other customers the same way during both visits to the location before renting.

I went to the wrong storage unit facility initially. I was sent to the office and Ray had me in a unit within 5 minutes. Easy process and best customer service. I ran into the maintenance fella and he helped my husband unload a couch (not part of his job) however he was kind enough to lend a helping hand. Thank you so much!!!

My experience with Morningstar Storage has been exceptional. Ray, in particular, has been incredibly friendly and always ready to help regardless of the # of times I needed his assistance. The recent facelift of the parking lot area is a noticeable improvement, making it aesthetically pleasing space. I highly recommend Morningstar for its stellar customer service and commitment to maintaining a top-quality facility and friendly staff!

**DON'T BE FOOLED BY THESE REVIEWS. CONTACT CMPD FOR THEFT RECORDS BEFORE YOU RENT HERE! INSIDE JOBS MAY HAVE SLOWED DOWN, BUT DON'T RISK IT. READ MY REVIEW!** STAY AWAY! I wish I could give them a -5! I had a unit at Morningstar Storage of West WT Harris from February 2018 until May 7, 2022. The last time I entered my unit was May of 2021. All of my belongings were in tact. When I entered the unit in May of 2022, SEVERAL items were gone! I have no doubt it was an inside job because the lock on the unit was placed there by management. They stole 2 flat screen TVs, a Roku, DVD players, speakers, a Martha Stewart Cricut Explore Air 2, over 40 rolls of premium vinyl, pictures and other decor, a Versace, Michael Kors, Christian Lacroix, Jessica Simpson, Adrienne Vittadini and 2 Coach purses, 7 winter coats, several boxes of clothing, including suits, dresses, jumpsuits, sweaters, and worst of all, OVER 100 PAIRS OF SHOES OF MY FAVORITE SHOES!!!! I was robbed of over $10,000 in personal belongings that I worked hard for. Almost every single one of the boxes that were left had been ripped open or punctured so they could see what was inside. These people took their sweet time and wiped me out! Many of the items were stored in the back of the unit, so they had to move things to get to those items. They had to know I couldn't access the unit and had no fear of being caught. They took whatever they wanted without regard to how devastated I would be. That was supposed to be a good day and a chance to get some of my joy back after all the loss I'd suffered, but they violated me in the worst way. I called the police and they came and spoke to the manager, Ray. He had given me pictures and an inventory list that CeCe, the previous manager, had taken in April of 2021. The last time I entered the unit was May of 2021. Ray took pictures in February of 2022, which showed a DRASTIC difference in the contents. He acknowledged that the lock did not appear to have been tampered with. He made a comment to the officer that he had worked at other storage facilities when he lived in Florida and they all used the same brand of lock that was placed on my unit. He added that all of those locks had the exact same key. I don't know everything, but I have never, ever in my life heard of a lock manufacturer producing hundreds of thousands of the same lock with one key that can access them all! What would be the point? It sounded like an alibi to me, and I think the officer saw through it too. The case has been assigned to a detective and charges are pending. Fortunately, I had receipts for a lot of the items, and with the amount that was stolen, the culprit is facing a Class H felony. Whatever it takes, I am going to make sure they are prosecuted to the full extent of the law! If you cherish your belongings, find somewhere else to store them! UPDATE: OCTOBER 2023: My case is still open. I went in last year to ask for copies of pictures. Michael called and told him I was there. Ray told Michael not to give them to me. Ray was watching the cameras and saw Michael copying documents for me and he called frantically yelling and telling him not to give me anything. The pictures included photos Ray took in September of 2021, which showed all of my belongings in place. Ray told the cops he had never entered my unit until February of 2022. I shared the new photos with CMPD. They told me another customer went to pick up a car he was storing there, only to find a different car under its cover. The other car had been reported stolen a few days before. They used that customer's car to go steal the another car!!! Obviously they weren't expecting him to come back so soon. The cameras just happened to not be working the night ALL of these crimes occurred. Again, if you value your cars, furniture, clothing and personal belongings, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
