        The guys at the shop took a bad situation and turned it into a good experience. Having an interlock installed in your car can be a huge pain but the guys are there to help. Go in with a little bit of humor and youll leave happy. Its not their fault we screwed up and got arrested, so why take it out on them when they are helping us continue with our lives. The interlock is super annoying but its better than not driving for a year, so Ill take it!

        Quick and fast. HOWEVER Mecklenburg county has a masked mandate at the moment. When I walked in he was not wearing a mask and didn't put one on the whole time. My reason for giving one star is because of the mask issue. Other than that service was great.
