I have had nothing but great experiences with the technicians at this location. Aidan and Kai were absolutely awesome, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I actually look forward to my appointments with these guys. Keep up the awesome work!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have had in my life. Was spoken to very condescendingly by a woman on the phone today who was completely unapologetic. Called back asked for a supervisor and was told they had to call me back.. guess what they never do! I feel personally and financially abused by this company who basically does what they want since the only regulation they are bound by is they are allowed to install the device. Always getting conflicting information from CSRs and dumb founded looks from the technician when I tell them what I was advised. The techs are usually nice but they work for an evil company. Im just trying to do my time without being harassed. UPDATE: Spoke with a complaint resolution specialist today - Scarlett. She was very nice and took accountability of the things I have experienced. I really appreciated the ear she leant to me today. However, until we have greater access to agents/leaders in their call center that are willing to be accountable and educate their customer's my original comment still stands.

The device fails too much and I have to pay money for that stupid thing that fails without drinking alcohol

The guy was nice and it took roughly 2 hours. Be careful at gas stations especially Murphy's. The gas fumes can get in ones mouth and cause a fail. I'd recommend washing out your mouth with water before using the breathalyzer. Not the techs fault but corporates fault. It's difficult to get a mechanics code even with getting the mechanics to submit the request. Also, need to note that you can only extend the appointment date out a week. Even if you're car is in the shop and is from no fault of your own. I get this is due to the government keeping people in the system to generate revenue . Would highly suggest not driving a vehicle out of your local area.
