UniFirst Uniform Services - Charlotte

4 months ago I ordered the uniforms, two weeks ago they arrived with a different logo, the names were misspelled, the name of the company was wrong, and my uniforms (I am the owner of the company) were never placed in the order. The agent who assists me, DON HORN, is super bad, he never answers to solve or give answers, they promised to correct everything and deliver to me in two weeks and I have been calling and asking if I am going to receive them in the next few days and he does not answer my calls, emails or messages and in the call center does not know how to give me information if I will have my uniforms or not

You get what you pay for. Dirt cheap prices for dirt cheap service. Clothes looked awful and the manager blamed it on the field of work we are in. Had people waiting 8 plus months for pants. They keep saying we have a contract with them but they cannot show us any contract that we signed. The amount of anxiety I felt every week when the extremely rude delivery driver showed up was overwhelming.

$26/week rate was promised when contract was signed, few month later it increased to $34/week, now which just a few weeks later the second raise $40/week. Never inform you when and why, they just leave you the increased bill. I understand sometimes company need to raise rate to cover their increased cost, but from $26/week to $40/week, that is too much. I wouldnt sign if it was $40/week at the beginning. Dont recommend this company, there are better ones out there, better service and better price.
