I had my roof replaced by ACE Restoration Pros (Based out of Huntersville, NC), in 2022, and my experience was a nightmare. Please find yourself another roofing company. My gate was forced open, bent, and broken. The lawn, shrubs, and flower beds were trampled. My Garden dcor and planters were destroyed and left for me to clean up. Plastic wrapping from the shingles were left dangling from the trees in the yard. The window screens were sliced. The gutter was clogged with roofing material, therefore, the front porch flooded with rain water and mud, due to the lack of drainage. My friend had a bad experience with them, as well. Do not give ACE Restoration Pros your money or business. If you see this review, and you have had a similar experience with them, please make it known by submitting your negative review, so they will be forced to improve the quality of service provided. Brian was very informative, great to work, had our materials ordered and had us on schedule quickly. The roofers came out and had our entire roof replaced in one day this week 7-27-22. We are so appreciative, I would highly recommend Ace Restoration Pro Inc. for hail storm and wind damage and replacement of roof. We met with other roofing companies but choose to go with Ace because of their amazing reputation, so relieved we did, highly recommended. Worked with Quint G. who provided excellent customer service. He was always available and take the time to explain and answer all of my questions and concerns. The roofers were very professional, came on time, did a neat job and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the task in a timely manner without neglecting quality.
