This company doesn't pay there subcontractors fully always with the run around very disrespectful whenever you asks to get paid

I requested a quote from this company. They went to inspect the house but did not want to give me an estimate/quote. Basically, if you don't let them work with your Insurance company directly, they won't give you an estimate. Jason insisted on working with my insurance directly. I did not like the fact that they refused to give me a quote. I guess they don't want you to know how much they will charge your insurance company for the roof repairs? or what kind or repairs they are going to make? . There is another guy called Bruce, he never responded to my messages either (they both were representing Nail it Roofing -Charlotte.I don't really understand why the refused to give me the quote. Very unsatisfied. Not sure they refuse to give a quote to everyone or maybe they heard "my accent" on the phone?, either way I felt very unhappy.

Out of all of the different roofers I had Come out, we felt the best connection with them. Not only were they able to get my roof replaced by my insurance company who previously denied covering it, but were able to get me new gutters and fixed the paint inside aswell. Good old-fashioned integrity. The whole process took less then a month and we had no out of pocket costs. I referred 3 friends to him and we all had the same experience.
