Bad facility to work at. You go over and beyond for management and its like a slap in the face. Lack in communication, communicates through 3rd parties and different departments instead of directly to the source. Would NOT recommend to work , MANAGEMENT is all over the place, if I could give no stars I would.

Concern for any friend , client, relative, veteran thats placed here for temporary or long term stay .. client, relative placed here for temporary stay for around the clock care for No surgery needed broken ankle no weight or strained activity rehabilitation .. we at first thought nice staff and place 3 days in we had to leave a cell phone with client to be able to have updates/ general communication no one would answer the nurses station or returned calls.. multiple visits client , relatives reports long waits for assistance and bathroom assistance that they had an accident and still long wait for assistance.. client/ relatives reports clients/ relatives and other residents left in hallways in attendance waiting for assistance.. staff with attitude with clients and other staff members.. clients being ignored.. client/ relative asked for zero sugar snacks told with attitude they dont have zero sugar snacks nor provide them.. so we provided them so but client/ relative couldnt get assistance to get to them .. client/ relative had an outside doctors appointment and was told client would be ready for pick up we get there to pick them up not ready still asleep and waited hour and half for the assistance during this time we noticed a smell and bandage had fallen loose, staff member walked in we brought it to their attention only to get attitude told its not their place or job stormed out few minutes later came back with another staff member tightened up the bandage aggressively then assisted for the appointment already late to our vehicle.. few days later get a phone call from staff member the client/ relative fell didnt call or wait for assistance minor fall on his bottom .. spoke to client/ relative they fell because long wait for assistance to restroom and had accident so the took themselves.. few days later client had another outside appointment to being told they now have to have surgery and the day before surgery client being prepared for next day surgery only to find out client / relative also has infection in their foot they have to be treated for.. with that being said the client/ relative has been removed from there wish we had did more research and looked at more than a couple reviews rather the past or present its very sad our mothers , fathers, sisters , brothers and veterans get so poorly treated this way should have been better investigations and all this in less than three week stay.. two clients rooms with no shower or tubs..will not recommend them to anyone Thanks from all concerned clients, friends, relatives, Veterans , All American Citizens

They were so good to my Mother! The nurses were kind and caring even crying when she passed away! This just shows how much they care about the patients! I could not have found a better place on Charlotte!

My father is here at this facility for rehab and maybe long term care. The staff is very nice and the facility is always clean and welcoming. My Dad feels taken care of and safe here. Only issue I have is that the rooms and bathrooms are too small for roommates. Other than that we are pleased.
