Where do I began with Choice Properties,LLC. I moved to Charlotte two years ago to a beautiful condo uptown Charlotte. This company was on it with any issue that came up. I never had to wait for days for a response , it was like hours. Miranda was hands on, even though she had a full staff. She treated tenants with so much respect. If youre looking for professionalism and great inventory for purchasing or renting. This is the company that will take very good care of you, from the beginning to the end.

I have had the chance to work with Miranda and her team several times now and they are great to work with! I love referring clients to her properties as I know not only will the properties be professionally cleaned and in great shape - she is also a very fair and attentive property manager to have on both the tenant side and the property owner's side! ~Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend Miranda! She is great to work with, responds very quickly, very knowledgeable about renting as well as real estate, provides amazing consulting for first time renter. Additionally great with tenant communication. Very excited and looking forward to continue under her management.
