We have been using Malisha with Team Papandrea to both buy and sell. She has been a blessing, and a great asset the entire time from start to almost finish (we close in just a few more days). She has the knowledge, personality, and respect that is needed to make things happen. Malisha has bent over backwards, worked both early and late, and has done whatever is needed to make this process as smooth as possible. I couldn’t imagine anyone else making this process any better. She is the blessing we prayed for and needed to make this move happen smooth, fast, and flawless. I would give 10 stars if I could! I can attest that Bonnie, Daniel and the entire Team Papandrea staff, have a very strong working knowledge of the real estate industry. They are incredibly professional and responsive. Their high level of integrity and work ethic were very evident throughout our home buying and selling process. They always put our best interests above their own, and consistently provided us the highest level of customer service. We are very grateful to Team Papandrea for helping us purchase our forever home.

Malisha is nothing short of amazing!!! We loved working with her for the selling and buying side. She was so responsive and accommodating. I know for a fact if it wasn't for her flexibility, we would have missed out on our new home. She goes out of her way to make things happen. Above all else I know she genuinely cares about our family and that meant so much to us during this transition. Thank you soooo much!!!

Bonnie Papandrea and Daniel Papandrea and their whole team are consummate professionals. I am hard pressed to believe any negative comments on here, as I know there are always two sides to any story.
