We were buying a home from a realtor in this realty, Carrie Rivera. From the buyers perspective, the realtor was non responsive, her communication was delayed on average by a couple days and our agent had to send communication multiple times to get a response. This was once we were in contract with the sellers. She did not let our closing agent (buyer) know that her clients (seller) were going to use them for their closing until the week before the closing. We are friends with the closing agent therefore she made it work. The agent was finally in contact much more consistently when she needed our closing to happen so her clients could close on their home. Would not recommend this agent as a buyer or seller.
