        Ive been renting at a property thats managed by MECA for a while and cannot overstate how incredibly helpful and cooperative the team is! Special shoutout to Ben! Extremely responsive, attentive and helpful! Ive had a few mishaps and quite a few emergencies and Ive never been let down! Keep up the excellent work!!

        As a property owner under MECA realty management, I am disgusted at the lack of customer service this company has. Not to mention the continuous increases in their monthly dues which reflect ZERO improvements of the actual property. This company is a joke.

      As an HOA Owner your dues are controlled by the board of your association and has nothing to do with MECA the property management company. We tried to assist you with your problem to the best of our ability today, giving you all the info we had and exchanged numerous emails with you. We are sorry that you are not happy with the postal service and mail delivery issues. MECA can't control things of that nature. Please reach out to us if there are other problems that a property management company can address and we will be happy to help.
