Anise was incredible to work with as we were looking to become first time home buyers in a very chaotic time (homes pending the weekend they were listed, interest rates all over the place, you name it). From the very beginning when I contacted her after we found a house we liked but hadn't started anything with financing, she quickly got us established and prepared us for what to expect and helped us prepare an offer. Up through closing she consistently checked in to see if we had any questions and ensured everything was moving along smoothly to make sure we'd get to the finish line.
She is incredibly responsive, was considerate of our wants in finding the right home and genuinely shared in our joy when we found the one and our offer was accepted! I'm sure she has plenty of clients and a chaotic schedule, but she made us feel like we were the only ones she was working with, helping us schedule showings, sending us listings that matched our interests, and helping us prepare offers. We focused on the Steele Creek area where we had been renting already and chose Anise because I knew she was familiar with the area. That expertise was invaluable to us as she helped us view homes, consider different neighborhoods, and what to offer. If you are considering purchasing a home, I can't recommend Anise Monroe with Alliance Realty enough!

Anise is AMAZING!!! She is very responsive and knew exactly what we was looking for in a home. She never hesitated once even driving far out of her way to show us homes in other cities. She made this experience wonderful and answered any and every question we had about the homebuying process.
