Made me offer on house site unseen. Then comes inspection and then a counteroffer because they claim offer was for 4 bedroom house but mine is 3 bedroom and needed repairs. Now they will not disclose a breakdown of the repairs Offerpad wants completed. No one looked at house prior to inspection. Oh yeah, I cant seem to fined the property disclosure report that claims I signed saying it was a 4 bedroom house. I feel like I'm being scammed.

Would highly recommend Scott and the team at Offerpad. We had experience with the sales and reno sides of the house, and all went smoothly. Offerpad was able to update the home as needed prior to sale, remained on schedule, stayed within budget despite it being the Holiday Season. Scott was proactive in communicating the status of both, reno updates and realtor / listing status to include buyer feedback. Quick with paperwork, and he lead the close process with ease.
