        I have been renting a condo for 4 years now with Derek and the Dawson Property Management crew and they have been a great landlord to work with. Any issues that have come up has been addressed quickly and everyone is always a delight to speak with. I feel very lucky to have such a dedicated team and would highly recommend their rentals!

        Ive lived at one of their properties for the past year and Ive had no issues! I absolutely love where I live, they keep everything very clean and well maintained. I never have issues with the neighbors or the property. They have also been VERY good to me with rent, and we all know thats hard to come by these days. They Highly recommend!

        I moved out of Charlotte but wasn't ready to sell my townhome. Dawson Property Management was easy to work with and made it possible for me to rent my place out while I was living on the west coast. There's a lot of anxiety around renting out a home you love, and they made it really easy and seamless. Thank you!
