Charlotte Woods Apartments

What kind of apartments, turn the residents air conditioning off?? I visited my mother recently. It was 76 degrees in her apartment. Shes sweating like crazy. Her comfort temperature is around 65 degrees. She tells me she CANNOT TURN HER AIR CONDITIONING ON! That it's been like that all year! That the office turns it OFF for the entire building! Even though Each Resident pays their OWN Electric bills! On top of paying for an apartment, that she can't even be comfortable in!! She said, when she comes home. " It almost feels like a sauna." She lives on the top floor. Heat rises!! I just cannot believe that this complex doesn't even give you an OPTION to cool your apartment off. Its 75 outside. Then its 85 Inside. That is absolutely INSANE!! Yes, it is February. But it's also NOT February weather!! PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF YOUR RESIDENTS CHARLOTTE WOODS!! PLEASE DON'T DISREGUARD THEIR COMFORT IN THEIR OWN APARTMENTS! THAT THEY PAY FOR!

Pictures are deceiving.Once you move in you will see how bad the roaches are. They are everywhere!! Spraying doesnt help as they are in the walls.Whole building is gross.I see multiple daily in the building and in my apartment.Cant wait to move!!Look somewhere else if you want to be able to relax in your own home.

I just moved here a few week ago and I must say that I really like my apartment. It's very quiet here and there are bus stops to go where I need to go. I can see myself renewing my lease and staying here for a long time. Update: Since Ive been living here nearly a year now. I can say that it still has been a great experience for me. They do come and spray the homes for roaches and they are most definitely trying to keep the apartments clean. I just feel as tenants we should help maintain the buildings by not making a mess because there are people who do come and clean the buildings so its necessarily not their fault that there is a mess in the buildings and I love how the machines have a app to upload money because it was really tough getting quarters to wash your clothes but just in case of an outage its best to still have quarters but overall good place.

The roaches is the big problem for me the maintenance team sucks they dont come when they are needed the office pple are very cool thats the plus on this an my car got jacked in the parking lot there are no cameras in the parking lot or anywhere period DONT MOVE IN..
