        NEVER RENT FROM HENDERSON PROPERTIES EVER! Literally all I need to say NEVER! They NEVER answer the phone, you NEVER get emailed back, unless theyre trying to pin charges on you. I lived in a molded house! Complained about nonworking appliances SINCE MOVE IN DAY, nothing was EVER done! When I moved out they tried to charge me for damages that were there BEFORE we even moved in! They are RIP OFFS! Never let them manage your property and definitely never rent from them! We had no choice but to move in because they took our money before letting us see the property! When and if they answer the phone, theyre RUDE! I will never again rent from them and I definitely would never recommend them.

      Hello Shauntasia Tha Goat. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a favorable experience during your time with Henderson Properties. We have an in-house Maintenance team that is equipped to handle a full range of repairs, including appliance repairs. In some circumstances, however, homeowner approval is needed for us to complete certain repairs or replacements, though we do thorough checks to make sure everything is in good working order at the time of move-in. We would be happy to look into this matter for you if you would kindly provide your legal name and the address you rented.
