I do not recommend them. My friend was promised an incentive to vacate her rental within 30 days. She is a single mom, and scrambled to find a new place, pack her house and move within the 30 days. She did this while holding down two jobs, and maintaining her daughters very active school and social life. It has been more than three months, and she has not received the promised payment. I am so disappointed in how they conduct business and take advantage of people who are struggling. After the initial offer, both verbal and in writing, my friend was ignored. Her follow up inquiries were not responded to. At. All. Now the onus is on her to get an attorney or fight in small claims court. Please share thoughts, Ross Pittman Asset Group. I am also reporting you to the Better Business Bureau and any state regulatory agencies that have vested you with fiduciary responsibility. You have a higher responsibility to the public when you are making financial transactions on their behalf.
