I have worked with Rona many times, and she is second to none. From the moment you speak to her, you can see the passion she has for helping individuals. Selling a house can be stressful, but Rona made it easy for us. She was professional, prepared and very friendly. We listed one of our investment properties with her and she marketed it in a way that made it look fantastic! The pictures turned out well and received 16 showings in the peak of the holiday season, which is very impressive. I could tell she has a lot of experience because she predicted what was going to happen and set our expectations properly when it came to pricing the property competitively. One of the qualities I admire most about her, she is not pushy and was in constant communication with us, providing all options so that we could make informed decisions. I was introduced to Rona through a mutual friend of ours. We were tired of the apartment living situation. Our cars had been broken into, lawn furniture stolen as well as our bikes. Rona came into our lives like " Wonder Woman " in the time of trouble. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She worked for us. We were hard to please and our expectations were high. She exemplifies excellent work ethic. She taught us what to look for in a home. We didn't get the first home we put in an offer for. This was very disappointing and discouraging. Rates were not that favorable and we wanted to throw in the towel. She didn't let us give up. The next home we put in an offer for, the seller wanted to go back on his word. She stood behind our decision to stand firm on our word, even if it meant a loss to us. She was like "Wonder Woman" and her lasso of truth "her golden rope" proved to be right in the end.
