LSA Management

I have been trying to reach this management company for four weeks. I just recently moved into one of their Properties at Beverder!! Just moved in four weeks ago and the noise above us in the unit 304 is unbearable. Children are dragging chairs, running etc. across the floor Management downstairs. Did not want to hear me express my concerns asked me to call the police as if they couldn't do the job police came out and heard the noise and said it was unbearable The neighbor and the noise is still going on as of March 2 7:00am In the morning starts on Wednesday nights go into Sunday morning and to this day, three weeks ago I called corporate, and no one has returned my call. I asked Management to move me because the noise is unbearable. Can't even sleep at night in a place where you pay a lot of money for rent, and nobody seems to want to take care of the problem so I'm gonna reach out to the new station the county commissioner since LSA is supposed to be this great management company and says that they care about the people the residents !! the place has gone down on the inside the whole building need to be painted. The carpets are sold and dirty, and the sign that says luxury need to be taken down, because Bevere has gone down from them four weeks in no one has returned my call about this serious complaint !!!!! I'm a resident who loves community and people and they are great people here and I believe in doing my part I believe in cleaning up the space that I live in helping my neighbors who can't help themselves picking up paper out of the parking lot !! I know what it's like to be a good neighbor, and take care of your community so I challenge LSA to do the same for those of us who live here make the place a place that we are proud to live in. Nobody forced me to live in here, but you know it needs some upgrades.!! Treat us the residence with respect we deserve it we deserve I deserve to live and sleep in peace and not have other neighbors disturbing that process!! I wouldn't even have to get on here and post this if someone would've just returned my call, or if Management would treat me as if my concerns are serious enough to be addressed!! I look forward to you to returning my call or responding to the email is disrespectful that the neighbor grandchildren will be allowed to disturb us and no one is doing anything about it !!

Great management company. The owner is very down-to-earth. I am currently the property manager at one of her properties in New Bern North Carolina . They offer lots of training, great pay and benefits. They care about their residents as well as their staff.
