Alexis and the First Residential team came in like a breath of fresh air! Our previous HOA was honestly the worst with their lack of communication, they were not trustworthy and very shady. First Residential is constantly giving us updates, answering emails in a very timely fashion, and setting up events/meetings in the neighborhood. I'm extremely happy that they came in and saved us from the previous HOA!

I currently serve on the Board of Directors at Birkdale. Since 2018, First Service Residential has been our Property Management Company (6+ years). Laura Tatur, our on-site manager continues to perform her job in a courteous and professional manner. She has received numerous kudos from our homeowners as well. Thanks Laura for a job well done!
