        White Property Management has been a dream to work with. Their team has been professional, communicative and all around rock stars in the property management world. I've spoken to and vetted several other companies and they cannot hold a candle to the professionalism and experience of White Property Management.

        Just like the previous reviews, the communication was POOR. I applied for TWO properties. Was never told if I was approved or not, I only received what appeared to be a generic message saying that other tenants were approved for the property. Which would have been understandable. BUT the issue is BOTH properties are still listed for rent on multiple platforms including their website. Looks like they are just deceiving individuals like myself and collecting application fees.

      Jasmine, we appreciate your review. We take all feedback to help us build our business better. BUT, after looking at our communication with you, I think we were great at our responses. You requested an application on Aug 14th at 7:23pm, and we sent you one the same day. Your response was, "Awesome, thank you so much" at 9:12pm. The very next day, we received word back from the owner that they chose another applicant, that was Aug 15th at 5:36pm. You responded that you appreciated the update and if another similar property came on the market, you would "Love to connect - Thank you!". I would be happy to share screen shots of these messages if it would help. As for the fact that they are still available, we keep our properties available on our website until the APPROVED tenant has met all requirements, which includes paying their deposit and first months rent. Once we have approved a tenant, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ADDITIONAL APPLICATIONS. I would be happy to have a conversation with you about the process or any concerns you might have.
