        There is a Brazilian style restaurant going into the new hotel 300 feet away! That might have something to do with not renewing their lease.

        An impersonal landlord that claims to invest in local economies has declined to provide the details as to why a unique restaurant in the region with 20 years of operation has been suddenly put out of business by the landlord's decisions. The owners claim a cultural agenda by this company, and I am inclined to agree after AAC refused to release any information, nor make any commitment to negotiation. It's important that we hold corporations accountable for the values that they claim to hold. If you are an independent business owner, strongly consider a more invested and communicative business partner. I will be encouraging everyone in my community to avoid these properties as much as possible. Don't let your business get caught up in AACs antics!
