I would have been a great contestant for biggest looser. I needed something to expand my range of motion and listen to my unique needs and pains. The team here is simply amazing, they listen, adjust on the fly and after a month, I feel progress. Cost is in line with other gyms, without a gym fee, so in the end, a bit cheaper actually.

I've been going to this gym for about 2 years now and can't say enough good things about it! The owner, Chavanne, is so knowledgeable and is constantly learning new techniques and exercises that she works into my routines. It is truly one of her passions. She has also helped me work through some knee issues as well, which have been a struggle for a couple of my previous trainers.

I love everything about this place. I dont have to worry about crowds or waiting like I would at any other gym for the masses. Every trainer is kind and friendly and says hello to me every time I go. Grace has been working with me for almost 6 weeks, and I couldnt be happier. Shes incredible at her job and really caring about my health and success. Loving my experience.
