We hired CertaPro South to paint the exterior trim on our house and had a very positive experience with Vic and his crew. We had used them in the past for several interior projects and they always did a great job. Vic provided excellent customer service and kept us updated throughout the process. After meeting with 3 companies I selected CertaPro to repaint the Hardie board siding on our house. I was impressed by Vic the owner, and his price quote was reasonable. The team that he assigned to us was awesome. They are excellent painters and absolutely committed to customer satisfaction. For example, after they finished and left for the day I noticed a very small issue in a very high, hard to access section. Because they were so friendly throughout the project I wasn't surprised when they were so nice about coming back the next day and taking care of it. I would certainly hire them for a future project.

Over my nearly 20 years in Charlotte, I have dealt with several different painting companies. Working with Vic and CertaPro of South Charlotte on a whole house repainting project set a completely new standard of excellence. Their pricing was very competitive (a pleasant surprise, in fact), communication and customer service made everything easy, and the quality of their work was exceptional.
