I chose this beautiful facility for my grandmother and I must say she enjoys her time there. She talks alot about the activities and the nice chapel located inside. The staff are friendly. I must say the administration is a great at listening and communicating with me anytime I have questions due to this been the first time having to put a family member in rehab. I must say they have made this journey peaceful for the both of us.

Clear Creek Rehabilitation Center has been a great experience for my family. One of the cleanest facilities Ive seen in a long time! The staff: All hands on deck! They are always ready to help from the time you enter the door! As with most care facilities staffing is a little shorthanded, but they still provide the necessary care for your love one. Meals are great and catered to the health needs for my dad. The social worker along with the admin team are efficient and there to help you make the best decision for your family member. The physical therapy room is exceptionally large, clean, and always being utilized during the day and some evenings.The PT, OT, an ST provided the care needed for my dad and kept me informed on his progress. Worst facility to place a loved one. Paying close to 9k a month for your family member to have poop under their nails and bed sores on their bottom!!!
