I absolutely LOVE this place! Went there for the 1st time back in December, Vilma helped me then. I loved the environment, how everyone gets along. Went back this past Friday and was completely satisfied with the service. I love how David greets and speaks to everyone in such a familiar way. Will continue going here for my nails/pedicures! Arrived 5 minutes early for an appointment that I scheduled the day before. 4 different women walked in after me and were all seated before me. Machine at the front was down because of the internet when I walked in so a man at the front told me to have a seat.
I guess the machine came back online and because they signed in maybe thats why they were seated before me?? Either way, I waited for 15 minutes and then just left to try another place. Whats the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait 15+ minutes.
Maybe this was just a one-off case, because Ive been to this location a few times and had good experiences, but I was definitely disappointed today.
