2 stars , the place is nice but it feels impersonal. Pedicure was good but my nails... very tricky I don't know where the miscommunication was about me wanting tips. But the nail tech tried to stick with giving me a regular manicure filed my nails to the bone and didn't want to give me SNS since they don't do acrylic nails was there for like three hours and the color she gave me wasn't what I chose . Ended up going to Retention nails instead took her 45 minutes for my nails and they are amazing, so I'll be sticking there from now on.

Ive been here several times and have always had a good experience but todays review comes after an exceptional service by Jennifer. She spent time looking for a color I explained I wanted and showed what the different options might look like. She took her time on my manicure and made sure everything was perfect. Ive had a few different manicurists here and she no doubt did the best. I will request her again in the future.

The receptionist refused to even hear what we wanted and claimed they werent open when they clearly advertise they close at 7:30. It was 6:50. She said they stop taking clients at 6:45, she obviously didnt care. Update your business hours information so to not provide negative experiences.
