Had an AMAZING time here so thankful I got recommended to come, the owner is an amazing person with amazing customer service!! Her beautiful worker did an amazing job with my pedicure she was the sweetest person taking good care of me, they have amazing designs and specials the prices are definitely reasonable and worth it! I love my nail shop! My nail tech Ana does the darn thing!!! I can send her any pics, any design and I have yet for her to tell me that she can't do it!! And for a reasonable price too!! These lovely ladies greet you with an warm and friendly smile!!

Upon my arrival I was greeted by the the technicians, I had made 2 appointments prior to my arrival and was confirmed. As I was walking to the pedicure station, I inquired about pricing as it was my first time coming here. She provided me with a set price and I told her it was fine. I had to wait in the pedicure station with my feet dipped in the water for about 20 minutes as the technician was with another customer. She did not finish with the customer when she started with me. She was lovely, and we had a cordial conversation, however as the salon was getting busy, I noticed that she was doing a horrendous job at cutting my cuticles as well as painting them (she was rushing). She painted my nails and I truly felt like my 2 year old niece could've done a much better job. The technician moved on to the other client that had walked in and proceeded to work on her pedicure. Mind you, at this point she had not put the top coat on my nails. She asked a coworker that does NOT specialize in nails to apply the top coat for me, this was already a MAJOR red flag for me and extremely unprofessional. As I was about to pay she advised the owner a HIGHER price on what she initially had told me, this was unacceptable. She mentioned that adding POLISH to a pedicure was EXTRA????? I, of course paid for my service and walked out extremely unsatisfied. Wont be coming back here again. I would rather save the trouble, drive, and money by just having my niece paint my nails.
