        Absolutely best nail salon in town! These are the nail design king and queens!!! There's nothing they can't do. Customer Service is not dead. They bring service and professionslism to its core every time. No pissy attitudes here... Always smiles, conversation, and drinks!! Sandy, Tim, Cindy, Vicki.. It just doesn't matter who you get. They are all true nail technicians and breath of fresh to the Charlotte nail market. Remember, you pay for what you get.

        If I could give zero stars I would. First time I went to this salon, the guy did a great job. He did my fill in quickly and they looked nice. I went back after taking my acrylic nails off at home and they were extremely short. Angel did my nails. She barely touched my cuticles and I had to ask whether or not she was even going to shape them. My pedicure wasn't much better and 5 days in after a $45 gel manicure this is what my nails look like. Terrible service. I will never go back here again. You should be ashamed to charge this much.

        Ok Ive been to this place twice. First time pedicure was done perfectly by Loam (sp). Second time I got a pedi (by someone else) and fullset and unfortunately neither was satisfying. The pedi seemed ok but when I got home and examined it was subpar. Ben did my nails and while he has a great personality and tried really hard, he definitely needs more practice. Hes not ready to be doing nails yet. Needs to learn how to do a simple manicure-clean cuticles first. The fullset was not done correctly and my nails are damaged -which has never happened before. And the nails shape was inconsistent. I had to soak off and now have to wait until my nails heal. Again, nice guy but he is just not ready. And the other workers kept looking at him while he was doing my nails so I feel they knew he wasnt ready.
