Anna denied me my medication that i need to hold down a job due to severe adhd because i took testosterone in the past. I was honest with her. She is a cunt. No compassion for people, just an insect doing the job who doesnt give a shit about her patients. worst psych visit ever. this place should be shut down

Anna succop denied my medication twice even after we scheduled a 3 month f/u together. I was told to never stop this medication cold turkey as it would cause severe side effects if i do but it was still denied. the most confusing part i was scheduled for a 3 month f/u but only given 2 month supply?? Staff was very kind and tried to send it in for me but Anna continuously denied it. I am now over a week without this medication and have already had side effects due to this. i would not trust my psychiatric care here due to the PA's and physicians. My mental health is now in jeopardy due to this unfortunate series of events with this PA/physician and I hope i can get help elsewhere with my psychiatric needs.

I've been on my same meds for years. My PCP knows I smoke. Anna Succop immediately sends over DT for this specifically, so she has a reason to not refill my anxiety meds. Oh and made it clear she can random me. Gtfoh. If I was abusing and not taking my meds as prescribed I could understand. This place has no compassion. It is no wonder suicide rates are at an all time high. I knew this was going to be a joke as soon as our virtual appointment started. Don't waste your time bc they absolutely do not care about people, just profit and power egos.

Dr. Matlack is a joke and all he cares about is his ego. I definitely wasn't heard by him and also because I told him I wasn't being heard he cut our doctor patient relationship saying I was rude. I don't recommend this place to anyone who cares about their mental health. The best thing about this office was the receptionist.
