Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and driven to help you and your body. After surgery and spinal cord damage Valerie is and has been helping me recover with focused work outs, stretching and massages. Not many places offer all these services. Highly recommended.

Valerie is a delight to work with. She's been working on me for the past 8 months. Her knowledge and care have put my body and mind back in a truly healthy place. I was experiencing some hip and pelvic pain that I was being treated for with acupuncture across from her office. I struck up a conversation with her and started seeing her and receiving treatment on a regular basis. A lot of my pain and problems have disappeared. She can usually find a problem in my body before I'm even aware of it and always gives solid advice to treat it. I can't recommend her enough.

Truly talented massage therapist who can take care of any issue you are having! I have also used her personal training services and not only does she make sessions fun, but I am very happy with my results!
