The young lady at the desk was kind. I needed a regular manicure and pedicure. She gave me a piece of paper and said go to the back. No one was back there to tell me where to sit, wasnt sure how this worked. Finally guy came and put a number on my chair. Nail tech couldnt speak any English so it was very hard to communicate. I got the signature pedicure. I told him I wanted my toe nails short but he couldnt understand. He barely did anything to clean up my toes. No foot massage at all. He just rushed through it. Got to my hands, he really did as little as possible on those. I wanted to pay before they put polish on my nails and at that point I was frustrated! I paid in cash and thought I gave him $60. Thank God the girl at the desk is honest because I actually gave $80. She bought my change back to me because I also was trying to get change and he was acting as if the money ($20) belonged to him and at that point I knew I was NEVER coming back here! How do u have a business and they cant communicate with the customer?! And he wanted a $20 tip for what? I still tipped ($6) him even though he didnt do much at all! Theres people working in there that only speak Spanish and they have to have someone else interpret! This is crazy! Wont get my business ever!!
