Massage Envy - Myers Park

The spa is very clean and relaxing. Johnny knows muscles and how to receive their pain! I felt welcomed and the front desk staff made me feel special. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment with Magan McLean. I asked that she wash her hands before she massages me. The sink was right there, but for some reasons, she left the room and didn't come back until 8 minutes later. At that time, it was already 11 minutes passed. Then she asked if I wanted to watch her washes her hands. Apparently, she was mocking me. When she finally got to work, she didn't use much oil. I asked her to use as much oil as possible because my skin get red mark easily. She got frustrated and cancel the massage. For so many years, I have asked this same thing from my Massage Therapists all over the country. Nobody had any problem. I would say, Magan is not suitable with this line of work. She has no sense of customer service. When I was about to tell the manager of Magan's behavior, the manager asked me to pay Magan. I was speechless. For what? She did not do anything. I should charge you guys for wasting my time and being so unprofessional.
