Massage Envy - Northlake

I love this place!! Massage Envy at North Lake Mall. The front desk staff is always friendly and polite. They have bent over backwards to assure my happiness and satisfaction! I love two particular massage therapists. I hate to mention their names as it could make them less available to me. Benjamin and Walter are the best massage therapists Ive ever had work on me. Ive had massages all over the US including world renowned spas and Walter and Benjamin are my all time favorites! I have a torn Labrum (hip area) and they can get me out of pain when no one and nothing else can do that!

Kevin was the bomb! Hes very pleasant, on time and wanted me to have the best massage experience by asking what were my needs. He also gave me some advice on my massage and stretching. I will book with Kevin again.

Do not go here. I have been a paying customer for as long as I can remember, and while in for my last appointment informed the receptionist I needed to update my card. She said I could do it at my next appointment. The day before my appointment I got a vague confusing text saying I needed to update my card or my appointment would be canceled. Since my appointment was the following day and I was out of town at the time of the text, and considering I was told I could update it when I came in, I proceeded to call the following morning and was told my appointment was canceled despite the fact I had already paid for that appointment. Manager was unprofessional and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Will never return. Calling corporate and the BBB over this horrendous experience. Dont give them your money - Ive literally paid for this appointment already and they canceled it!
