Absolutely terrible experience here. Went after a concert, since this restaurant was not only attached to our hotel, but also it was the only one nearby with food & open at 11 pm on a Saturday. We were the second couple to be sat.. it took our waitress 20 minutes to even put utensils on our table, let alone ask us if we were ready to order (we waited longer for that!!) It got busy quick, but I would think you would go in order of who came first. We are patient people, but if the people walking in 10+ mins are you are getting served their food its aggrivating when youre still waiting to have your order taken. When our food was ready, we watched 3 other tables that again, CAME IN AFTER US, get the same orders from our waitress before us. Thank god she just gave us the check, because we figured that would take 3-5 business days. She walked around the entirety of the place super slow with the receipt in hand for us to sign before getting to our table. Awful waitress. Food wasnt good either. Got our coffee AFTER food came to our table.. Cant even blame being busy. Everyone else seemed to have 0 issue unless waiting for drinks at the bar. Genuinely dont understand how one waitress can see everyone else is running around working hard and youre stuck in la la land. Hope its not always like this!!!! Bad experience, not from area.. definitely will not be going back personally. It was also super expensive for bad service, and not that great of food. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, space between seating wasnt terrible but could be an obstacle

I should have known it would be bad when only 3 tables were occupied at 7 PM on a Thursday. The chef is Italian?Ha! Good joke. If he is, he needs to go back to Italy and learn how to cook. The pasta was so overcooked you did not even need to chew. The vongole, his signature dish, tasted so fishy. Yuck. The octopus was too chewy (overcooked) but the potatoes were too undercooked and the string beans inedible. The beet salad was tiny and tasteless.
