Incredible experience A pleasant friendly quiet soothing atmosphere And on a scale from 1 to 5 I would rate their food at a 10 , we have been searching for many years for a restaurant like this with this quality food, and they are very reasonable In ther price for this high-quality restaurant

Utterly, the worst dining experience we have had in years. On a busy Sat evening when other spots had 2 hour waits, our first indication should have been how empty the place was. The food was hit or miss, some items excellent like the tartar, but the $38 ribeye was of very poor quality, poorly butchered, and extremely disappointing. The worst aspect however was the service, and was so severely poor, we all were in shock for an establishment and pricing such as Gusto. Our waiter was unbelievably rude, invasive, impatient, aggressive, agitated, and honestly, he needs a new profession if he does not want to work late on a sat evening. He continuously rushed us to order despite explaining multiple times that we were awaiting another guest in our party and his visible anger over it appeared as though he was on the verge of a temper tantrum. He would not answer our questions regarding the wine list. Upon ordering, he was clearly angry with us for some unknown reason. He continuously tried taking our plates while we were still eating, touching the plates with his fingers rather than asking first if we were finished, constantly interrupting our conversation, reaching over us while eating and conversing, and acted annoyed and angry that we were still eating. He then made it very clear he wanted us to leave promptly by never returning to the table again and instead flicking the lights at our table on and off at us. His audacity, which was apparent to all staff and manager, was appalling. If you have been wondering what is bringing down your business, I suggest you stop tweaking the menu so frequently and instead begin with your staff, their attitudes, customer service, knowledge and training, and perhaps provide more training to your manager on escalation, customer service, training and hiring skills. We have owned restaurants ourselves for 30 years and this was the most blatant negligence I've experienced in a very long time including chains; that's how horrible the service was. The Manager was very aware of what was happening as well, as were the other wait staff as to how our server was behaving and treating us, (lights flashing at our table taking the cake!) and nothing was done nor was our table ever addressed. There was a younger gentleman who brought our wine, poured water, and he was the only server with any class, respect; he was literally your only valued server and asset as far as our experience goes. We have given Gusto several chances recently and we will not again, as the experience and food has only worsened each time, the service being the largest issue of all. Good luck competing with such lack of care for your business operations and quality.

I got there to Gustos and it was not that busy they processed to sit me and my wife down and we sat there for 20 minutes before we had to ask who our waiter was and then a guy said he will found out so 5 or so minutes go by and he comes back and say that he talked to his manager and they will try to work us in between the bar tender and other waiters and we was not even sitting at the bar nor where we even close to the bar tender as if she wasnt busy already with the people sitting at the bar so mw and my wife when right across the parking lot to BLACK FINN very good service and great people

We enjoyed a lovely night with friends. Wine was fantastic and the waiter brought out a great antipasto platter with cheeses, olives, etc. Fantastic dinner. My wife had the seared tuna and it was fantastic.
