I had nothing but a good experience at this location. There was a boy and a girl, (sorry I don't remember the names), she was busy with something else (work related), so he helped me. It was just a flawless customer service. Losing your phone can be very stressful, especially when your work depends on it. He explained what options I have and how to get into my new phone after losing my old one, very patient, with a smile on his face the entire time, this really made a huge difference in my buying experience and my day in general. I'll be coming back to this store. Thank you guys!!

Beware and be warned, DO NOT COME HERE TO THIS T MOBILE STORE. Every staff member are completely rude and they also ripped us off. We had to call thr t mobile customer care on our phone to fix everything that they messed up, but unfortunately they couldn't fix what this store messed up, now I have to pay 4k because of the representatives at this stores incompetence. This store should fire all its crew, never to rehire them because nobody likes this t mobile location.

Worst store I've ever been to. The Manager needs to be fired immediately. My wife and I have had multiple problems with her but this time I caught her committing FRAUD on my account and trying to STEAL my warranty replacement phone. She even called the cops on me and had me banned from the store, mind you I was there with my parents too and they couldn't believe the audacity of this person.
