      Hello Dan, We receive a lot of calls so unfortunately we are unable to answer them all and clients have to leave a message. That said we do try to call everyone back that left a message as soon as possible. The online quote you received is conditional and subject to final underwriter review. I do see you purchased a policy from us even though the premiums were higher. Since we do not control the rates hopefully we can improve our star rating by providing great customer service.
