Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte Airport Lake Pointe

Clean hotel. Spacious room. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay again. I watched staff be kind to all of their guest. Staff were always smiling and never had an attitude.

Only one night of stay but room was very clean! Desk attendant was friendly. The look of the hotel was professional. I did not rate the location because we did not explore much however it was close to the airport (about 10 minutes). The only reason it is not 5 star is because of some small issues with the shuttle. We could not reach the phone number for the shuttle, it did not even go through. However by luck we caught a different shuttle that dropped us to the hotel. The shuttle from the hotel however was perfectly fine. It was clean and left promptly. Overall would recommend it. Rooms: Clean Lots of room - depends on which room you get Bathroom was nice too.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn on the night of 03/16/24. You have now instituted a parking charge of $10.00 per night as listed on the Hilton app and on your web site. First of all you have to do the parking as a separate transaction, why cant it be just added to the bill. Very inconvenient to have to do a separate charge. Also even though the parking fee is stated as $10.00 when you go to pay the fee there is an added 1.99 service which makes it $11.99 not $10.00, which I believe is not being honest. If you must charge the fee please include an accurate price and just make it part of the charges for the room. The room itself was great and the breakfast was good. But to enhance the experience please list an accurate and not have to jump through more hoops in order to pay for parking
