        No guarantee when you reserve a spot on the shuttle u will get one. Just a warning u may get bullies to the next 30 min shuttle.

        Beware have to pay nightly rate for parking might as well park at airport thought it be convient to take shuttle and not pay, took 40 min to get am shuttle cause it stopped at another hotel and only had 2 spots so was full. Another shuttle i didnt run for 30 mins but had already payed parking so waited even though I signed up for a spot the night prior. Then on the way back called at 2:35pm to pick up from airport was walking to shuttle and drove away not even stopped two mins was not picked up til almost 3:25pm cause of delay. Couldnt Uber cause they would not take my daughter without a car seat. DO NOT RECOMMEND shuttle service very very poor. called customer service several times with no help or empathy kept telling me 10 more min 10 more min.
