I was scheduled for a visit today for 8 am arrived on time one of the ladies at the front desk was rude and nasty I couldnt even get a word in to ask questions she was horrible wanted me to pay 610.00 before being seen simply rude no respect for people well myself anyways spoke very loudly to me embarrassed me to the point I left sad to treat people like that shame on her I understand o dont matter because Im one patient but wait until the patients become 100

Not very impressed with the reception welcoming (unfriendly, cold) but the MRI team inside are amazing, you feel pampered by the way they treat you.

Highly recommend. This office has the latest MRI and even though Im claustrophobic I can use this without any trouble or need to take meds to relax and the scan time is shorter. The team is professional and caring. Because of quick turn around with results I was able to get into see my physician quickly and have a procedure that was needed. Thank you Southpark office! I would recommend anyone to come here.

Had a 7:45 am appointment and arrived around 7:30am. to complete some paperwork. Pretty easy location to find. They have a parking deck where visitors can park in. I came for an MRI, which was located on the first floor. They do have a directory where you can see exactly where you need to go. The receptionist was polite and explained everything in detail. Gave me the paperwork to fill out. As soon as I was done filling out paperwork, they immediately called me back. Had to change into scrubs and then was sent to get the MRI done. I had never gotten one done before, and this was definitely an experience. The tech did take her time and explained the whole process to me. What to expect and what to do. No complaints and everything went very smoothly and efficiently.

Told us to come in at 7:30pm. Drove 2 hours and they said they couldnt see us. Be careful if youre traveling any distance to see them.
