We had to bring our 4 month old son here for non stop vomiting and be dehydrated! Ended up being admitted! Everyone was super helpful and kind! Gave us everything we needed for babyboy. Addressed our concerns! And made sure to give him everything he could need! Highly recommended!!!

If my opinion works for you, don't go there. Better go to another hospital since there are many there who discriminate against Spanish-speaking Latinos. As a mother of a 2-month-old baby, I complained to several supervisors and doctors about bad practices by nurses and doctors and what they did was retaliate against me and my family. I asked the supervisor of floor 6 intensive care to put a camera in I wanted them to see what certain nurses were doing and they could see that I wasn't lying. What I managed to do was get them to take me out of the room saying that I was intervening among the nurses and I asked them for a form to transfer my son to another hospital, which they did. They denied and from the door I could see how a doctor and nurse caused my baby to go into crisis, I went to the police for help because the only person who could help at that moment was the doctor who was right there with the baby, upset with us and it was the night shift, so I had no other options but to call 911. Because of that, they aggressively kicked me out of the hospital and I was hurt by the security guard, I called 911 again because they were also threatening me that if I called 911 again, I would never see my son again. And here I am from the outside doing paperwork everywhere for them to give me my son to another hospital since they have been refusing since April 2, 2024 4 days ago, my husband has also been denied the transfer. And I called and they didn't even let me enter the building because I went back to talk to someone from administration and they told me that I couldn't and I even tried by phone and they told me that they couldn't give me the administration number, because I did it by e-mail. Mail Please don't stay silent, demand your rights and don't be afraid to act with the law and report these types of people and hospitals!!! Drove two hours after speaking on the phone with a nurse about second opinion. Waited 7 hours total walked out with no answers or advice. After 4 hours in the room I complained and then the Dr wanted to come in and speak to us but at this point we was an inconvenience. Was told we wasnt urgent so we would be waiting longer. I will never take or refer a child here.
