I called cams three days in a row, each time they said that they would have someone call back. No one ever called, unprofessional worked was performed on the property, and my truck was towed from an area that I was told to park in, I was in California watching my truck being towed and called to ask about and never received a call. Is that what you call customer service? The Communication is a problem

I wish there was a place to put zero stars. This company is absolutely horrible!! Our property manager Jonathan Jenkins is the absolute worst. Will not return phone calls, responds to emails months to a year late or not even at all. They work for our HOA and we follow our HOA guidelines and correct and spend so much money to meet their expectations, and we still have this horrible company telling us that what we did is not adequate. We call the hotlines and they tell us a manage will call. I have never received a manager phone call for the 6 times I have requested them. I am so disappointed in this company. Worst company I have every dealt with!
