We bought a home from H&H homes in 2021. The construction was on schedule and finished by promised due date. The construction manager, who was Paul at the time, was communicative as the process went along and extremely helpful. The sales rep, Terri, was also very helpful and stayed on top of our project the entire time. Quality was better than other production homes we have owned and detail in design is much higher than other similar builds we have owned. Finishing work could be better but we really did t expect much here as most production builds are like this. We didnt upgrade the interior paint and expected to have to repaint anyway. All in all we have been very pleased with this home and location. Just finished our 1 yr warranty repairs. They were attended to very quickly and without trying to waffle out of fixing anything on our list. Stay far away from this company now known as Dream finders homes, they are liars and crooks. Will take your money and run. They came into our home after stating flooring wasn't under warranty but would do "courtesy fix". They proceed to chop up floor near baseboards and make issue worse. Numerous emails to Lynda and Ronnie where they stated "not in warranty, nothing we can do", will be taking action in court.

Horrible all around experience, awful sub contractors, horrible customer service, we moved into our home in the beginning of July 2018 and still dealing with unfinished warranty issues and it's now September 2019
