I recently contacted Building Impact to explore the possibility of building an ADU in my backyard. They were extremely professional and helpful throughout the process, arriving on time for our scheduled meeting and taking the time to really understand my needs and preferences. After our initial meeting, they promptly followed up with a floor plan that perfectly fit my needs, and provided cost estimates. Unfortunately, due to city regulations, the project was unable to move forward. Despite this setback, I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and dedication to their craft. They handled the situation with grace and kindness, and I am grateful for the positive experience I had with them. I would highly recommend Building Impact to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable, and professional contractor.
