New South Remodelers

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Spent 100,000.00+ on windows and doors. Doors ordered in fall 2014, installation took several months to complete due to incorrect measurements, finally finished 3/2015. Have not been able to get warranty service for a doorframe that cracked when screen door was installed. Sales rep, Mr. Greg Schultzman, has not returned phone/email attempts to contact him since 5/5/2015 (correspondence began 3/19/2015). Finally discovered today from corporate Marvin Service Rep that NEW SOUTH IS NO LONGER A MARVIN DEALER AS OF MAY, 2015. BE WARY. Shady way to do business and a real shame that sales reps are so bad as installation crews were great.

Despite the "No Solicitation" signs at the entrance to our neighborhood, a man from NSR knocked on my door this evening. When I asked him whether he saw the signs he claimed to not be soliciting. As proof, he offered a flyer stating "Please accept our apologies for any temporary noise or debris surrounding the address listed above." This, he said, was not soliciting but rather a courtesy to neighbors because they were working in the area. They were apologizing for any inconvenience and inviting us to an open house to see their work. But as long as he was here not for solicitation purposes, he notices we have vinyl windows and would we like a quote? I called the homeowner at the address on the flyer. They actually did do work there and the guy was happy. However, the work was done 10 months ago and he was surprised to find out he's hosting an open house for the remodeler. At this point it doesn't matter how good the work might be, I'd NEVER hire them due to these deceptive and sleazy tactics.

We LOVE our bath! Our experience with New South Remodelers was great. Anthony and David helped us come up with the design, and also worked with us when we had to tweak it to make it work instead, of just looking good. All of their subcontractors were extremely professional and had an excellent work ethic. We would hire them again, and in fact have already rehired them to complete another small project. We have recommended them to other friends already too. They gave us a beautiful bath, completed it within a timely manner for what we feel was a fair price. Go ahead, ask us about our bath!!
