We were not looking to make an immediate purchase but more of a scouting trip for a future purchase to replace an old rocker-recliner. We were able to look through the store with zero pressure. When we had questions, our sales consultant, Lise Descoteaux, was extremely helpful. She gave us excellent suggestions on types/models of rocker-recliners as well as possible floor rugs. We returned 3 days later and purchased a rocker-recliner. She walked us thru the process for ordering the new rocker-recliner, as well as whom to contact to possibly repair our older recliner. We could not have asked for a better experience. Lise's outstanding customer service and support was greatly appreciated. We look forward to the delivery of our new rocker-recliner.

Upon entering the gallery we were greeted with a very friendly, knowledgeable expert who showed us around the floor and pointed out what was of interest to us while explaining in great detail things to consider regarding our purchase. I wouldn't have wanted to pick out our new furniture any other way. Great experience, we will definitely go there again for our next purchase.
