We had a mar on the wooden edge of 1 of the 2 Perfect 420 chairs we purchased. We notified the Dan in the Charlotte store right after the delivery and he did all the communication to Human Touch. I can't say enough for their willingness to make things right and our experience most pleasant. These chairs are AWESOME!

I learned of this store Saturday morning, went by there in the afternoon, bought some great temporpedic pillows. The staff provides awesome informative service.

I don't leave reviews often, but I felt this really deserved one! Like many, my partner and I first tried buying a mattress online. It seemed convenient, but quickly turned into a massive headache.
